I am really strict about this, for I cannot condone those who hold no respect for the hardwork us, webdesigners, put in these graphics and resources for the sake of helping others to improve their skills at webdesigning.
Term of Usage for my graphics and resources:

You must credit us at all times if you used something that belongs here.

I'm not too strict about having to contact me of which graphics and resources you used, but it'd be nice. Though, again, a credit back is a MUST.

DO NOT, I mean DO NOT direct link OR hot link my graphics or things, because it will waste my host's limited space bandwidth.

There should be NO stealing of my coding whatsoever and NO claiming my graphics and designs as your own.

DO NOT alter my graphics and layouts then redistribute them onto your site nor for your own sake.

DO NOT use ALL my graphics..because other people need it as well.

Since, it is free, I would really appreciate you give me back the respect and thanks, or else Rhapsodic will come to closing.

Icons are for online 'identity' uses; such as an update for a blog or as your messenger display pictures. They are NOT to be redistributed or altered!

Icon PSDs are for your sake to click and drag to further polish your own icons! Do NOT redistribute and credit back please.

Textures/Brushes are for you to download to ENHANCE your artworks. They MUST NOT be the sole image of your artwork; they are a RESOURCE. Do NOT claim them as your own!

Premade Layouts are there for you to use for your site(s). ALL WATERMARKS must be left exactly where they were before download, and you must credit me for the design/coding!

Wallpapers are for your desktop ONLY. They are not for you to make into something else!

*If any rules are broken, there will be a e-mail sent to you, telling you to either give me the credit or take it off your site/close it down..before we get to some serious punishments!*
